Illustration Friday-Change

I thought in theme with this week's IF, I would change up my usual illustration technique. Its hard to part with my vector art (I heart Adobe Illustrator) but its nice to explore other ways to create art. This is hand drawn, scanned in, and colored in photoshop. I also love the idea of a limited color palette.

Nice pastel pallette! And a really funny concept...I won't ask WHY one might want to change into a chicken (don't want to insult Chickengirl!), but I like that you've changed up your usual technique as well.

I like the hand drawn effect - it's got so much character. I much prefer photoshop to illustrator for that reason - illustrator just sterilizes my drawings

Do you take Pay Pal for these pills or do I have to get them through my doctor.
It's not that I'm running away from my own life.
It's just that every body needs to be a chicken at sometime in there life.

Jannie, this is awesome!!! I LOVE the fact that you drew it by hand. You've got an amazing talent...you should do more illos by hand.
This illo is hillarious, love the idea & execution :-) The colors are really kewl too.
