Happy New Year! (+Xmas swap craftiness)

Happy 2008! Wishing everyone a wonderfully creative new year.

Might seem a bit late here but I wanted to show some of the goodies I made for a secret santa swap over at Monday Artday ATC (and I hope all my recipients got their packages?!):
I love cello sleeves. Its so much fun making your own little packaging.

And fruity notebooks made from an Illustration friday entry.

Next up, some new year's resolutions, so many things I would like to accomplish this year!

These are all so cute!

Where do you source your cello paper? I've been wanting to sell greeting cards, etc but am a bit clueless when it comes to packaging. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Great work :)

hey Rachelle, thanks! I buy them locally here in NYC but both stores have websites- paperpresentation.com and jampaper.com. Although if you buy online there might be other cheaper places to go?

I love the trees! I am sure everyone was so excited to get your package of goodies. I like that they aren't really Christmasy...you can keep them around all year and people will just think your a tree hugger!

I know I practically gush and blubber all over the place whenever I see your work, but it's so incredible! I felt so envious of those who received your Santa Swap. My michevious mind wanted to desperately lie and say, "nooo00Oooo, I never received mine!" in hopes you didn't see me as a reindeer in wolve's clothing. I hope Penelope from I.F. interviews you one day. I sooo want to know how you keep your inspiration going. Do you mind telling us in your blog some time? You amaze me.

ok. enough gushing for tonight. ;O)
