Cover art from a book I've been working on where a penguin family goes on a picnic. The art director suggested the Hawaiian shirts which I thought were so great- why must penguins be in scarfs and hats all the time?!So glad people enjoyed my flea powder ad as I am making them. I think as a rule for myself, I will try to put up a fake ad/funny packaging/product as my Illustration Friday entries from now and see how it goes. Maybe I can get a collection going. Tee hee!

The pengy's are too cute! The Hawaiian outfits is a smart idea. I like the unexpected like that. Makes me smile.
And sounds like a good personal challenge, taking the IF concepts and coming up with packaging each time. Neat theme!
