Illustration Friday-Under the Sea

Some delicious foods from under the sea...

On the topic of mermaids, I love comic artist Junko Mizuno, who has a book out called Princess Mermaid. The work is lovely with a mix of cute and edgy, which I am always striving for in my personal work. Plus, she also got fake ads and stickers in her books...woohoo!

Great ideas and fantastic illos. I would not eat mermaid tails or any other rare amd exotic (=dying) things, but your image only reminds me of keeping my mind to that decision.
