Making 1" buttons doesn't seem to have enough space for me, so I printed some backer cards to make a complete illustration. Plus there is something so satisfying about designing the whole package.
The thing with going ahead and making a bunch of inventory is not knowing what will sell and what won't. I struggle with that alot as I realized "I'm not my own customer."
I'd like to take a poll: which one do you like? Super Cat or Evil Robot? Please leave me a comment and let me know!

It's so hard to choose they are both really awesome. I'm going with Robot because I like the color palette because of my own personal tastes.

i've never been to MOCCA but i vend in small press at SDCC and i am gonna say that both will do well, if you can swing a reasonable amount of the two. i strongly suspect that people will want one of each if your price point is good. but...also, geeks love robots and i think the robot head stands very well on it's own.
p.s. the backing boards are great. these are really beautifully done and i am sure you will sell tons, whatever you decide to take.

Looks fantastic Jannie! The backing really adds to it so much. I'm generally a cat person but in this instance I think I will have to vote for evil mr. robot!

Jannie, I LOVE these! OMG if I were going to be nearby, I would buy BOTH of them! They're both favorites...I couldn't choose. And you know, if you have any leftover, you can always put extras on your estsy store. They'll get snapped up quickly! These are adorable and I LOVE the backing you made...genius that only comes from the great chickengirl's brain ;)

love them both, but when you see the cat head without the body -- that mask and no sense of the cape -- it could be a robber cat or a superhero cat. robot is robot, and where my vote goes.
