*please come back every TUESDAY for a new post for this project!*

This week was a tough week to get these done-I was at the annual Highlights Illustrators party all weekend (will do a post about it soon.) But committing to a Tuesday posting really pushed me to finish it.

And a quick reminder: I am hosting a giveaway of my Halloween is Here sticker book- you can still enter. Check it out on my previous post. Good luck!

"Specialty" shops outside of large urban cities will be more expensive because there is no competition. Sucks when you are not used to it but at least you can get some favorites once in a while. Looking forward to seeing more sketches!

hahaha! Supermarket Sweep! Another fabulous installment, Jannie! The food-centric theme reminds me of the #kidlitart tangents that seem to happen every week. ;)

I did NOT fully appreciate cheap awesome food in NY. Very rude awakening in RI...I am loving these!

I'm loving your sketchbook pages. Thanks for posting them every week. Love the supermarket dash and I love the one in last week's post with the chicken and the soy sauce - hilarious!

I really love this project, it is funny! Maybe it's becaude I did the opposite. :) I moved from my lovely country to a big city. Here -in the city- everything is more expensive, streets are full of traffic and smog, and I absolutely cant'go by bike.
I miss my country so much!
