Wow, its been almost two months now since I've been keeping up with this comics story every week. I still can't believe it! Ideas are brewing as to how I can continue to keep this up after the sketchbook ends.

*please come back every TUESDAY for a new post for this project!*

Ha ha! I have never been at a post office WITH a plate glass window! (The token/ticket booths in Montreal's Metro stations, though, yeah...) Interesting what has stood out to you!

You're on a roll, Jannie!

Or is that a "role"...?

Wow, bullet proof glass at the post office! I would love to visit NY one day it sounds pretty interesting.

I've only seen bullet proof glass at the currency exchange! I guess people go "Postal" in New York?! LOL!
It's o.k. to be called ma'am in the Midwest, it's just a way of being polite. ;0)

LOL! Ikea basil!!! Hilarious! I was waiting for this on Twitter and didn't see it, so thought I'd come in and check for myself. :) And glad that I did. Awesome, Jannie. Total fun!

haha! awww this is great stuff!! I often times draw a comic strip of my life... i'll keep it going for several months.. then it goes to rest for a bit and then ... i keep on drawing! It's very therapeutic for me.
I'm gettin' in a big kick out of yours!

Thank you, Jannie. I needed this today!! You made me smile.

The post office in Flint definitely has bullet proof glass. I thought everywhere in MI had them, but guess not. No glass down here in TX. And they call everyone sir & Ma'am down here too. Makes me feel old too.

I'm lovin' your sketchbook & adventures in MI! :)

Hehe I like it when you poke the postal worker. And I love the wrinkle cream, too funny! I also like the last page. My first "real" job after Ringling was in a college town, so I can totally relate. ;)

Sorry about your IKEA herbs (and I love that they are just not "herbs" but "IKEA herbs!)

wow your sketchbook is really coming along! Mine has totally dropped off the planet. Need to get it back in orbit.

Love yours though - esp the difference between NY and Ann Arbor. No bullet proof glass - ha ha!
